Sacramento Scottish Rite Language Center

Eligibilty & Enrollment

The Center specializes in treatment of children who demonstrate delays in speech, language and literacy but are otherwise similar to their peers in their cognitive, physical, and social progress. Anyone may make a referral.

  • Child must have at least one parent, or guardian, concerned adult who is prepared to follow through with a consistent program.
  • Children between three and twelve years of age are eligible for services.
  • Eligibility is determined by our assessments or those provided by other agencies.
  • Consistent attendance is mandatory.
  • Masonic affiliation is not required.

If your child's needs appear to be appropriate for this program, you will be provided with a  parent questionnaire.  If your child has been evaluated or has been enrolled in speech-language therapy through another agency, please provide copies of reports.  Pertinent medical, educational and intervention records are of primary interest.
